Our Facilities and Equipment
Mid-Ohio Hydrographics uses proprietary, custom-built automated water transfer printing tanks to ensure an efficient and high-quality decorating option for nearly any part. We currently have 3 automated tanks, three conveyor rinse stations, 3 paint booths, and 3 infrared curing systems. The combination of highly trained staff with efficient technology allows for high-volume decorating without sacrificing quality and consistency. In addition, we have our own fully staffed machine shop and tool room, allowing us to design quality, long-lasting fixtures to help automate almost any project. Since 2012, Mid-Ohio Hydrographics located in Mansfield, OH has been Ohio's premier choice for custom and production-level hydrographic decoration and specialty coating application. We have two full-time coating operations conveniently located near I-71 and Route 30. With ample pallet storage and a loading dock, logistics and part delivery is easy. Our professionally trained staff with over a decade of experience is always available to help make your project stand out with a professional, custom look using only the highest quality coatings and with quick turnaround times. We are fully licensed with Realtree and Mossy Oak camouflage brands, NIC Certified to apply Cerakote brand coatings, and have access to thousands of film patterns like Wood Grains and Carbon Fiber. We hold a Type 07 Federal Firearms License to allow legal firearm decoration. Whether you need your personal firearm or ATV decorated before hunting season, or your company needs 10,000 parts a month, we are here to make that happen.
